Justbought a non running 2007 159 1.9 16v. Apparently it was running rough for about a week then refused to start. Non swirl flap model so that’s ruled out. Turned it over by hand felt a few compression strokes felt fine then it locked up. I think the very least you need in the 159 is round about dEO9.
